Shipping and Packaging All in stock items will be shipped through An Post (Irish Postal system). Delivery rates are as follows: Standard delivery: to Ireland is €3.00 to Great Britain and E.U. is €4.00 to U.S.A. is €5.00 Registered delivery is at an extra cost - generally €3.00. All other countries, please email me for delivery rates. Items will be sent in a cardboard box. A display jewellery box can be ordered at a cost of €1.50 extra. Ask me about gift-wrapping. Return / exchange policy I would like you to be 100% happy with your purchase and realise that an item may not be what you were expecting. I operate a "no hassle" return policy - I will accept returns or exchanges of jewellery in its original new condition up to 30 days from posting. The return posting is the responsibility of the buyer and I cannot be accountable for items lost in the post.
